Finn Harps manager Ollie Horgan is always one of the most entertaining personalities in the League of Ireland, and lived up to expectations in his interview with Soccer Republic after the postponed game with Drogheda United.
The Harps travelled to Louth expecting to play Drogheda, but saw their game called off due to a lack of bulbs in the floodlights at United Park.
Both managers wanted the game to go ahead, but were overruled by the referee due to concerns over visibility. When asked what Harps would do now, Horgan replied “We’re thinking of going to Mother Hughes’s for a pint anyway… that might be the only way to solve this problem.”
