Making the transition from the League of Ireland to a higher level in England can be a difficult process, but Chiedozie Ogbene is settling well into life at Brentford.
The former Cork City and Limerick forward joined the Championship side in January and has already appeared on the bench for a league game (against Preston North End), showing that he his clearly making a positive impression at Griffin Park.
After making the move across the Irish Sea, the 20-year-old has given Bees fans a glimpse into his daily routine and mindset as he attempts to forge a career for himself at the club.
In particular, he has been keen to emphasis the fact that John Egan, who hails from the same area of Cork, has taken him under his wing to help ease shock of moving to a new environment.
Ogbene also gives his view on the differences between the League of Ireland and the Championship, what he thinks his strongest attributes are and moving to Ireland from Nigeria as a child.
