VIDEO: Goal and assist for Daryl Horgan ahead of Ireland squad announcement

With Martin O’Neill set to announce his Ireland squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifier against Wales on Monday, Daryl Horgan is one player who will be hoping he has done enough to be included.

The former Dundalk talisman has wasted little time in settling in to his new surroundings at Preston North End since arriving at Deepdale and he made a decisive contribution to the Lilywhites’ 3-0 win over Reading on Saturday.
