Martin O’Neill will be hoping to see something special when he attends the Carlisle Grounds on Monday for the League of Ireland clash between Bray Wanderers and Drogheda United.
Just a matter of hours after announcing a 39-man provisional squad for the upcoming games against Wales and Iceland, O’Neill will be by the seaside in Wicklow, taking in a game between Harry Kenny’s high-flying Seagulls and Pete Mahon’s United.
We will have a special guest at the Carlisle Grounds tomorrow night, Republic of Ireland manager Martin O’Neill will be in attendance.

While no players from the League of Ireland made the extended panel, the Ireland boss has included former Dundalk duo Daryl Horgan and Andy Boyle – who are now at Preston North End – thus bringing the number of national league exports in the squad to 11.
Both Bray and Drogheda possess a number of talented players in their respective squad, but among those O’Neill will be paying particular attention to is Wanderers attacker Dylan Connolly, who has continued his impressive 2016 form with two goals in three league appearances so far.
