Bray Wanderers manager Harry Kenny has discussed the club’s chances of signing former Arsenal defender Justin Hoyte.
The 32-year-old is currently a free agent, having left Dagenham & Redbridge at the end of last season, and thus can be signed by the Seagulls outside of the transfer window.
Kenny revealed that he is considering his options on whether to add the Trinidad & Tobago international, who was signed by Middlesbrough for £3 million in 2008, and has played in the Champions League.
“He’s been in with us the last week, I suppose on trial,” Kenny told the Irish Mirror.
“We’re having a look. His agent gave me a call and we’ve taken him in for a few days.
“There’s always the possibility he could sign.
“We’ll have a better idea in a day or two. It doesn’t come down to finances, we just need to add to the squad. He’s a free agent.”
