Ronan Curtis has signed a contract extension with Derry City that will keep him at the club until the end of the 2018 season.
In a statement released on the club’s official website, Derry confirmed that the 20-year-old forward had committed to the Candystripes for another two years and manager Kenny Shiels was keen to emphasise the significance of the news.
“Ronan has developed to the level where he is ready to play thirty games a season. He is dovetailing into our way of play and his primed and ready for a really good season, with the security of another with Derry City.”
Curtis scored six goals in 31 appearances in all competitions for Derry City in 2016.
